Biasca & Asociates Inc. is an American corporation. The business consulting firm was created to help American organizations. Either the firm or R.Biasca as an individual, can provide some services to US universities or educational institutions interested in expanding their services to Latin American countries or the US Hispanic population. Some alternatives are described here.
TEACHING.

English. The following seminars were already presented in different countries. A “US version” should be developed. Programs should be tailored made for the clients after some data collection.

- Variable Pay: linking performance to pay. The new generation of monetary incentives.

Spanish. A Management Program for Hispanic personnel, in Spanish, could be offered for companies with Hispanic employees that have to be developed and have language restrictions.
LATIN AMERICAN CENTER.
A Latin American Center could provide services the services described above.
